However, we encountered fresh challenges:

To solve this, we pivoted to a franchise model, opening 5–7 physical stores in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. But even this came with challenges — standardizing the customer experience across multiple locations was difficult.
3️⃣ COVID-19 & The First Breakthrough (2020–2021)
The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 changed everything. We launched the Majha Morya E-Store Android App, allowing customers to book Ganesh idols online with doorstep delivery.
