Back in 2014, we started with a simple billbook from a stationery shop, managing customer orders the old-school way. Fast forward to today — we’re not only handling orders for beautiful Ganesh murti idols, but also scaling operations, expanding into new spaces, and welcoming more Bappa bhakts than ever before. 🙏✨

After the COVID-19 pandemic, customer behavior shifted dramatically. People began shopping online, preferring digital payments and contactless experiences. That’s when we realized — it was time to take Majha Morya digital in a big way. 💻📱
- In 2022, we launched automated payment systems to make the booking and checkout experience seamless.
- In 2023, we took a giant leap forward by introducing order and invoice management through our website, backed by our newly developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
This helped us run smoother operations, keep track of every order, and offer more professional service during the peak Ganpati season.
But even with this foundation, 2024 brought new challenges…

In 2024, we shifted from our Shani Mandir setup to a larger venue in the Playground to accommodate the increasing customers and inventory.
However, this change created operational friction. Our existing SOPs no longer matched the scale or structure of the new setup:

- Data was scattered and hard to retrieve
- Team members were unsure of responsibilities
- Real-time collaboration was missing
Despite our best intentions, confusion started affecting the customer experience. 😓 That’s when we knew: we needed a better way.
