We’ve updated our FlexiPay Payment Plan to better serve our valued customers. Every year, most of our customers prefer paying an advance to secure their Ganesh idols. However, with customers paying varying amounts, it becomes difficult to track each one — causing confusion and delays.

To streamline this process, we’ve introduced a 50% fixed advance payment option, but only for a specific set of orders.

If you’re planning to pick up your idol from our Seawoods Branch, you can now enjoy the benefits of our revised FlexiPay option:

🔸 Pay 50% Advance at the time of booking
🔸 Pay the Remaining 50% during pick-up

✔️ No more random advance amounts
✔️ Simple, clear, and easy to track
✔️ Applicable only to pickup orders placed for Seawoods Branch

❌ What About Other Orders?

If you’re ordering for home delivery within or outside Maharashtra, please note:

🚚 Deliveries require extra care, logistics, and handling due to the fragile nature of our idols
🔒 Hence, 100% advance payment remains mandatory for all delivery orders — both within and outside Maharashtra

To ensure smooth order tracking and eliminate confusion caused by inconsistent advance amounts, we’ve moved to fixed, easy-to-follow FlexiPay terms — starting with Seawoods pick-up orders.

💳 Payment Process

📩 Once you book, you’ll receive an invoice email within 24 hours with a secure payment link for the remaining balance, in case of FlexiPay.

💻 During checkout, you’ll be redirected to the payment page — quick and secure.

🚫 No Cash on Delivery (COD) — for any customer, across all order types
🏪 FlexiPay (50% Advance) is only valid for Seawoods pick-up orders
